Eric Ramos
Sr. Network Administrator
Eric has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills since stepping into the role of Senior Network Administrator. He spearheaded a project to upgrade the JCK MPLS core switch, showcasing his technical expertise and adeptness in managing complex projects. Additionally, Eric actively collaborated with the Systems team to diagnose a network problem in the data center and promptly replaced a defective switch to resolve the issue. His ability to collaborate effectively and his dedication to finding solutions have earned him the respect of his colleagues. Eric is a valuable asset to our team and truly deserving of recognition. He consistently goes above and beyond to support his team, taking pride in his work and demonstrating unwavering dedication to Texas State.
