DevOps Engineer (Systems Administrator II)
We are looking for a DevOps engineer with a particular interest in system architecture, administration, and infrastructure development to build and maintain services, automation, and integrations to make our applications work better, faster, and easier.
We are a versatile DevOps team who work closely together with lots of mutual support. We work in a lot of different technology stacks and try to expand into new ones as the opportunity arises. To handle that complexity, we rely heavily on configuration-as-code methods with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible. We like open source, open APIs, and open-mindedness. Our work has the potential to have a positive impact on a great number of students, faculty, and staff.
We're looking for someone with a good understanding of modern system architecture components and how they all fit together. Someone with the motivation to stay on top of new trends, update best practices, and figure out the best way to keep things humming along and help the most people. Most of all you should be a talented system architect who can get comfortable in any technical environment.
