Texas State has purchased a Microsoft Campus Agreement Subscription (MSCA) which allows faculty and staff to install certain Microsoft products on university desktop computers.

There are restrictions on the use of Microsoft Office by Texas State faculty or staff. The use of Office must be for work-related purposes ONLY, even at home.  Those who would like to use Microsoft Office at home must first sign the Faculty/Staff Users Acceptance Form - Work-At-Home and then purchase the media at the University Bookstore. (The form is also available at the Bookstore.)

The CD used to install Office on campus may not be used on a personal computer.
