Qualtrics Insight is an advanced, secure, professional survey tool used by leading researchers at finer higher education institutions across the nation, including some Texas State University colleges. Texas State faculty, staff, and students have free access to Qualtrics! To learn more, visit the Qualtrics website.
Important Note: Your Qualtrics access and use are governed by these university policies and procedures:
Here's how to access your free Qualtrics account:
It will take 24 hours to have full privileges. You may work and build a survey as soon as you log in.
Student survey projects must be approved by the student’s supervising faculty or staff member prior to distribution. When prompted by Qualtrics, students should select their advisor or professor’s name from the list of faculty and staff users to request survey approval. If the name does not appear on the list, contact your college or division contact (listed below) for assistance.
If you would like to move previously collected survey data into your Texas State Qualtrics account, contact Qualtrics Training and Support. They will be happy to assist you with the data transfer.
If you'd like to enhance your default account permissions, see your college or division contact to learn your options.
