Adobe Sign e-Signatures

Adobe Sign LogoAdobe Sign is a cloud-based e-signature service that lets you replace paper and ink signatures with automated electronic signature workflows. Easily send, sign, track, and manage signature processes using a browser or mobile device.

All faculty and staff now have Adobe Sign accounts to send forms or setup Widgets on webpages. Anyone - faculty, staff, students, or off-campus people - can sign documents!

Get Started with Adobe Sign

Follow these steps to log in:

  1. Click Login.
  2. Enter your Texas State email address (e.g., zzz99@txstate.edu).
  3. Enter your NetID and password, and click Login.

Data Classification Proper Use

Do not ask for confidential information using an Adobe Sign form. This includes but is not limited to asking for the following types of information:

  • Social Security Numbers
  • Credit Card Numbers
  • PCI information
  • HIPAA information
  • FERPA information
