An ACD phone is a system that distributes incoming calls to a specific group of phones or agents based on a customer's menu selection, incoming telephone number, or time of day. If your department is in need of an ACD phone, please contact ITAC to get started.
Long distance PINs are available by request to make a long distance calls from campus offices. The PIN is assigned to individual faculty or staff, and usage costs are billed to the respective departments.

A Text Telephone (or TTY) is a special device that lets people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech-impaired use the telephone to communicate by text message. A TTY is required at both ends of the conversation.The Office of Disability Services provides TTY telephone options. Specific campus departments can be contacted directly by TTY as well.
Skype for Business is the ultimate way to conduct effective voice conferencing. Set up meetings via your Outlook calendar or BobcatMail, and invite others to join the call from their phone or computer. Skype for Business is part of the Office 2016 suite and is available on both Windows and Mac computers.
Voicemail is available by request to anyone who has an office phone. UM voicemail combines traditional voicemail functionality with Microsoft Outlook. Voicemail will be delivered to your office phone and your inbox!
