The TR Service Catalog has been designed to define and categorize our service offerings. The goal is to enhance your ability to identify TR services that will support you in meeting your mission and to enhance your understanding of what the service provides. The service catalog description, along with the Global Service Levels which documents support across all TR services, can be printed and, when signed by both parties, becomes the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the service.
TR services are listed in the Table of Contents below and every service is described in the same format and with similar types of information to facilitate ease of use.
