To place equipment on contract, download the contract form below, complete the requested information, and send to the ITAC-Repair Shop. Be sure to attach the Add Items form as well, listing all items to be placed on contract.
Use the form below to add items to your contract, completing all columns needed. To obtain a list of computers purchased by your department through Technology Resources, send email to PCRepair@txstate.edu. Only items on the Repair Shop Supported Equipment List may be placed on contract.
