Important Information regarding Texas State Guest NetIDs

• Guest NetIDs do not have access to Texas State e-mail.
  • To request a guest account with e-mail access, please visit this site.
• Guest NetIDs must be sponsored by a current Texas State Faculty or Staff member.
• Guest NetIDs will be set to deactivate at the end of the fiscal year in which they were requested.
  (Fiscal Year: September 1st - August 31st)
• Guest NetID Sponsors looking to extend a current Guest NetID will need to select "Renewal" on the form below, and provide the current Guest NetID.
• Guest NetID Renewal requests submitted prior to August 15th of the current fiscal year will be denied.

Who are you Sponsoring?

Please download the Guest NetID Request Spreadsheet and fill in the First and Last name(s) of the guest(s) that you are sponsoring.  Once completed, save the file on your computer as you will need this to complete the request process.
