The Information Technology Assistance Center (ITAC) is located in MCS 262.

Our mission at ITAC is to provide a central point of contact for timely and consistent responses to problems and inquiries related to campus technology. Our technical staff is trained to assist Texas State faculty, staff and students with desktop hardware and software problems, printer and peripheral equipment problems, NetIDs, passwords, university network outages, and a host of other issues.
Technology Resources provides access to on-line help on using SAP, brochures, quick references, electronic learning resources and provides professional development workshops.
