Qwest conferencing is available nationwide.  Conferencing can be as effective as a face-to-face meeting, at a fraction of the cost.  Accounts are activated upon request.  To request the conferencing service send an email to Technology Resources.  All charges incurred will be billed on your TxState phone bill.   

Qwest Reservationless Service

To begin your Reservationless Conference:

1. Enter your assigned dial-in number (ex: 800-XXX-XXXX)
2. Enter * your meeting room number*
3. Enter *your four-digit PIN* (as the Moderator)

The Audio Conference is now ready to accept participants.  (Participants do not need to enter the PIN; only the Moderator is required to enter the PIN)

NOTE:  Music will be played until the Moderator starts the conference

As participants enter the call, there will be two audible beeps.

To end your Reservationless Conference enter *9* or the Moderator may hang up and have the call continue for the remaining participants
