Cell Phones
Please refer to the following links regarding Texas State wireless (cellular) services. To transfer financial liability from TxState to a personal account, please choose one of the following transfer-of-service vendor forms, provided below.
Please link to UPPS 05.03.11 for instructions to complete a request for an allowance to obtain wireless cellular services (cell phones).
To request an allowance for reimbursement for the university use of your personal cell phone plan, you will need to download and fill out the Personal Cellular Services Allowance Form.
