Paying my phone bill

Students have the option of paying their monthly long distance bill in person, via mail or fax.  To fax a payment the following items are required:

1. Copy the front and back of the credit card with the account number and expiration date hand written below.
2. Include a copy of the cardholder's driver's license.
3. Include a written statement authorizing the university to charge the credit card for the specific amount due, with the student name and PLID, the signature of the cardholder and a contact number in case there's a problem.
