E-mail Setup Overview

The Texas State e-mail system uses Exchange 2007.  On-campus users typically access their e-mail using either Microsoft Outlook (Windows) or Microsoft Entourage (Mac OS X).

If you are new to Texas State, you will first need to activate a Texas State NetID and password in order to have a Texas State e-mail address.

In addition, Texas State users can access their e-mail using a web browser by visiting the BobcatMail login page at bobcatmail.txstate.edu.

To view your email quota, set a forward, or change other email preferences, visit the Online Toolkit.

If you have questions about your e-mail account, contact the IT Assistance Center (ITAC) at 245.ITAC (4822).
