Dialup Overview
Technology Resources provides a high speed dialup service for Texas State users.
In order to use the Texas State dialup service at 245.0000, you will need the following:
- A computer with a modem. Modem speed supported up to 56K (V.90).
- You must have a Texas State NetID and password.
Students can create a Texas State NetID and password using the Create or Reactivate your Texas State NetID web page.
Faculty and staff using the Texas State dialup service for the first time should change their Texas State password using Change/Synchronize your Texas State password web page.
