You must obtain security authorization to access the SAP Human Resources, SAP Financial, and SAP Budget Development Planning systems.
Important: When you open a SAP form in Microsoft Word, you may be prompted for a password.
If prompted for a password, do not enter a password but instead click the Read Only button to open the form.
You will be able to fill in the form with Word and print it.
