Enterprise Project Management (EPM)

Enterprise Project Management (EPM) is a set of processes and tools used by Technology Resources (TR) to manage projects and report progress.  EPM allows the department to gain visibility, insight, and control across all work.  It enhances decision-making and improves alignment with the University's mission and goals.  EPM maximizes resource utilization and measuring which helps to increase operational efficiency.

To navigate EPM, all TR employees will need to download IE7 and should ideally be using Office 2007 (available for download on the left navigation bar).

If you have questions, please contact the TR Project Management Office.
