TR Project Management

Enterprise Project Management (EPM)

Enterprise Project Management, or EPM, is a set of processes and tools used by Technology Resources to manage projects and report progress.  The primary environment for EPM is BobcatShare, which allows the department to gain visibility, insight and control across all work, enhancing decision making, improving alignment with the University's mission and goals, maximizing resource utilization, and measuring and helping to increase operational efficiency.

As Technology Resources begins to fully utilize the processes and tools in BobcatShare, new projects will be entered and managed in this environment.  All prior projects which have been archived may continue to be accessed using Project Portfolio, or the SharePoint archives.

In order to navigate BobcatShare, all TR employees will need to download IE7, and should ideally be using Office 2007 - available for download on the left navigation bar.

If you have questions regarding TR processes and tools, please contact the TR Project Management Office.
